Christmas is one of my favourite times of year, when we can forget the cares of the world for a short time and just enjoy family, friends, and to be thankful for the many blessings we enjoy. The world of commercial real estate can be a trying one at times for all involved, especially the last year in the Edmonton area. With the recent episode of great growth in real estate values in Edmonton (North America for that matter) a lot, and I mean a lot, of Real Estate Investment firms have popped up out of the woodwork.
