Sorry, I guess I set you up. The only tried and tested way to sell real estate in the shortest amount of time for the most amount of money is to hire a professional, experienced REALTOR®. We continually fight against so called "experts" who are going to tell you the tricks us REALTORS® don't want you to know. C'mon, think about it. Are they licenced? Are they regulated by The Real Estate Act? Do they have an Assurance Fund to protect clients? The bottom line is, are they bound by law to protect your best interests?

REALTORS® offer one thing and one thing only. We will get you the most amount of money in the least amount of time with the least effort on your behalf. It's what we do.

What do all these other "experts" offer you? Let me guess, they will find you a property and manage it for you and all you have to do is give them 50% ownership in the property. They provide the "experience" and you provide the money. Well, there is an old saying about that. When a person with experience meets a person with money, the person with money ends up with an experience and the person with the experience ends up with the money.

We will do what they do for 3-5%, You can own the whole property, and we will help you find service providers to help you manage it - and you will still own it.

Or maybe a low commission or no commission company will tell you how much money you will save in real estate commission by using their service. What they won't tell you is how much less you will get for your home using their marketing (or lack thereof) methods. Who is most likely to pay fair market value for a home? A buyer who needs to buy soon and is qualified. A qualified, motivated buyer is a hot commodity. Why? Because they need to purchase now. This includes people who have sold their home and need to buy, people getting job transfers, etc., etc. Now if YOU were that buyer, where would you go? Door to door checking out FSBOs? Spend endless days on the phone contacting owners who listed with a no commission or low commission company that doesn't pay buyers agent commissions? Are you going to do all the research required? No, you will do what everyone else does, you will go to a REALTOR® because a REALTOR® will do most of the work for you and because a REALTOR® has access to the MLS® system, the database with the most listings and with the most accurate, realistic pricing. If you are a top quality buyer, you want top quality SERVICE and SELECTION. And you will pay more.

Now if you were a bargain hunter buyer with all the time in the world, where would you go shopping? With a REALTOR®? No self-respecting REALTOR® will work with the bargain hunter. Bargain hunters are simply circling until they find the deal of the century, I don't have a century. So where will the bargain hunter go? To the FSBO, and to the low or no commission companys' listings, looking for a bargain. Will that put the most money in your pocket in the least amount of time with the least amount of effort on your behalf?

So just forget all these "experts". Call a professional, expert REALTOR®
